Yes, you need to register account to shop on Ghabakala. This is so that you can track order status and order history.

To register, you just need to click on the button ‘Register’ and create your account with your email ID and add a password. You can also register using your Gmail or Facebook accounts.

To reset your password, please click on “Forgot Password” option available in the Account/Login page. Enter the registered email address and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.

The reasons why you would have partially received the order are:

  • Your shipment may be done in 2 different parts and the other shipment would still be in transit.
  • The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call or email from us informing you of the same. You can then go to the website and select a new item for your order.

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us on [email protected] to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.

You can visit the website and go to “My Orders” section under “My Account”. You will also receive email notifications with the status of your order.

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately – on [email protected] mentioning the subject line as ‘Order cancellation’. We will look into the matter and cancel one of your orders. You will get the refund amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we do not take pre-orders. You can click on “Notify When Available” tab and you will get an email once a similar piece is in stock. Also, keep checking the Instagram/Facebook account for more information on new product launches.

We regret that you had to face this inconvenience. Here are some options: Try using a different browser or device if possible or write to us on [email protected] or call/Whatsapp us on +918999615243 and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, and you still want to cancel the order there would be a deduction of INR 200, as the charges for packing and shipping charges. For cancellations, you can write to us at [email protected] with the subject mentioned as ‘Order cancellation’.

For delivery within India, shipping is complimentary and no surcharge is payable of any kind.

Once you have completed the payment process, you cannot add or edit the order. You can place another order by selecting the additional items and completing the order and payment process for them.

Once you have selected the item(s), you can pay via Netbanking, Credit Card,Debit Card and UPI.  All credit card and debit card payments on Ghabakala are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not have Cash on Delivery option for our products.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged. In the event of a return, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to Ghabakala warehouse. 


Incase of damaged items to be returned/exchanged/refunded, following conditions must be met:

  • A Return request must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the product by mailing us on with your order ID and other necessary information.
  • All returned products should be completely unused and unhampered.
  • All original packaging of the product should be intact and no damage done to either the product or its packaging.

Certain scenarios where we will NOT be able to support Exchange/Returns:

  • Exchange/Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 72 hours.
  • Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you had received.
  • Product is damaged due to non-adhrerence to the wash and care instructions.
  • Products with tampered or missing price tags or blouse fabric cut out from the saree.
  • Items that are returned without the original packaging and original bills.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
